    Thank you Chris ,

Question : do you think holding a grudge is a form of bad ego ?

    Hi Nanu
I think to be practical is to accept that yes genuinely you were hurt but it is not helpful to have a grudge.
Who is the grudge hurting but yourself.
If some one else is holding a grudge then they have to deal with it.

Yes the ego want to take everything so personal.
As one grows spiritually then you are less inclined to be hurt--there is an acceptance of what is.
This moment you can sometimes do something about --a few minutes ago is already history it cant be changed only let go of as the best option.

    Hope this helps.
