Chocolate Cake in a Cup

This was so novel I didn't believe it would work or be so easy, so tried it out this morning. It was delicious!

Chocolate Cake in a Cup

4 T organic sugar
4 T flour
1 T heaping spoon cocoa
3 T oil
2 T whisk egg
3 T milk
splash vanilla
3 T chocolate chips

mix in cup then pop into microwave for 2 min 30 seconds
